Options for students having technical difficulty during an exam:
Students taking an exam using Respondus Monitor (not just RLDB) can chat with a live support agent by clicking the Help Center button at the top of their screen.
Students or faculty using Respondus LockDown Browser or Respondus Monitor can open a Respondus support ticket.

Respondus LDB and Canvas each have options for controlling what students can see about a quiz and when, including their answers and the correct answers.
