Information Technology Services

ITS is the Samuel Merritt University community's one-stop-shop for technology support. Our goal is to facilitate learning and enhance the classroom experience.  We provide support, training, and guidance in all aspects of technology.

IT Service Desk

The IT Service Desk is your single point of contact for technical services. Whether you need technical assistance, have a question, or require technology equipment, we are here to help.  Onsite Service Desk hours are Monday to Friday 8 a.m-5 p.m. The quickest way to receive technical services is to submit a service request (below). You can also visit Support Portal  or call 510.907.2555 (Option 1, service desk 24/7).

We are located at the Oakland Campus at 3300 Webster St. Suite 308. For clients at our San Francisco Peninsula, Sacramento and Fresno Campuses, we offer remote assistance. We schedule periodic onsite campus site visits as needed.
