Request President's Ambassador Form

Thank you for considering the use of the SMU President's Ambassadors for your event.  Once your request is received, one of the leadership team members will contact you with a confirmation that your request has been accepted.

Requests

President’s Ambassador Leadership Team Members consists of five SMU staff members. They are available, upon request to attend your activity/event if you require additional coordination of the President’s Ambassadors on the day of your event.

  • 2 weeks advance notice for the ambassadors
  • 30 day advanced notice for ambassadors and a President’s Ambassador Team Leader

Note: Only request Ambassadors if your event will enhance their professional and/or educational experience. Ambassadors will not be expected to set-up, clean up, file, etc.
