About Me

I was born and raised in the bay area where I received my education. I have grown to love this area where I am raising children of my own where limitless opportunities of recreation and learning can occur.

On my spare time, I try to appreciate the natural beauty in our area by hiking, biking, or snowboarding.

Other than being active with my family, I also love to enjoy the diversity of the amazing food that is available here.  

Education

I received my Bachelor's of Science in San Francisco University with a major in Kinesiology with a focus on human movements. After graduating received my Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy at Samuel Merritt University. After becoming a physical therapist, I completed a residency in PNF and a Manual Therapy fellowship at Kaiser Vallejo. 

Teaching Interests

Medical Screening in Physical therapy, Medical Imaging and its usage within management in physical therapy and manual therapy.
