About Me

I am a healthcare executive leader with over 26 years of experience in the USA, United Kingdom and Africa. I have broad knowledge and expertise the healthcare continuum in different settings including development, implementation and evaluation of healthcare delivery models,  professional legal nurse consulting, research and consulting. I am also academic nursing faculty specialized in reflective-practice with a focus on inter-professional, inter-sector and inter-agency collaborative practice and a healthcare thought leader. I speak nationally and internationally.

Teaching Interests

My overarching goal is supporting my learners to gain the knowledge  skill and experience necessary to meet their goals effectively. In the teaching/learning setting it is all about the learner, and my goal as faculty is to facilitate learning.

My desire is also to help create a love of learning, an intrinsic desire to know more, be better skilled, to be curious and excited about knowing more to do better.
