About Me
Dr. Nichole Vasquez is an occupational therapist with a diverse clinical background. She began her career in the acute care setting, where she gained foundational experience in addressing complex patient needs. She subsequently transitioned to outpatient rehabilitation, specializing in the treatment of individuals who sustained a traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, or stroke. Dr. Vasquez holds advanced certifications as a Certified Stroke Rehabilitation Specialist (CSRS), a Driving Rehabilitation Specialist (DRS), and in physical agent modalities.
