About Me
Dr. Beck has been in nursing for 34 years and has held leadership posts for 30 of those years. He has also been a college professor at various institutions as well as in nursing professional and leadership development for 20 years. His last position was the Director of Clinical Education, Practice and Informatics for a large integrated health system in Northern California. He has a background in adult and pediatric critical care, leadership development, and executive nursing practice and is board certified in Nursing Professional Development. He is a certified trainer in HeartMath™ and holds a Caritas Coach certificate and a postdoctoral fellowship from the Watson Caring Science Institute.
