About Me

Marianne has more than 28 years of clinical, managerial and teaching experience. She has been recognized routinely for her ability to make sound decisions, lead by example, and lead through challenging situations. She is known for her innovative approaches to problem solving and enjoys collaborating with others to identify potential solutions.  Marianne’s passion for nursing education is evident in her work to promote effective teaching strategies, and the development of strategies to improve student retention and NCLEX success. She has consulted with nursing programs across the country to assist with classroom and clinical teaching strategies as well as the incorporation of standardized assessments and remediation. Nationally, Marianne has provided numerous presentations on topics including implementation of standardized assessments, remediation, peer to peer mentoring programs, student wellness and diversity in nursing education.
