About Me

I am an experienced nurse practitioner, grounded in care for vulnerable populations, including people experiencing homelessness in Philadelphia, PA, Sacramento and San Francisco. I am experienced in providing care for LGBTQIA+ populations, youth, and people with mental health and substance use disorders.
I have specialized experience in care for people with chronic liver disease and HIV, as well as integrated behavioral health.
I have experience in program development to provide nursing care management for medically complex, high utilizers of multiple systems for the San Francisco Department of Public Health.
I hope to inspire my students to provide compassionate, empowering care for all patients, with an understanding of social determinants of health and structural inequities embedded in our current system.
