About Madison Gunn, J.D.

An attorney at Absolute Trust Counsel since 2019, Madison earned her Juris Doctor degree from John F. Kennedy University School of Law, where she served as a member of the Elder Law Clinic. Absolute Trust Counsel is a small firm in Walnut Creek focused exclusively on providing full-scope, client-centered estate planning services. Madison’s expertise includes estate planning, trust administration, probate, and Medi-Cal and special needs planning. An active volunteer in her field, Madison is currently chair of the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of the National Aging in Place Council, programs chair for the Tri-Valley Estate Planning Council, and she is a member of East Bay Trusts and Estates Lawyers and the East County Senior Coalition.
