Reimagine Teaching with the iPad

The C2S Fall Institute is designed to reimagine teaching using the iPad and mobile learning apps to facilitate student attainment of learning outcomes, and to develop a culture of learning that embraces technology and innovation.


Attend either:

In-person only, Friday, November 8
8:30am to 3:30pm
OAK Campus

Or

 Online only, Thursday, November 14
9:00am to 3:00pm

The two programs will cover similar content, however, the online day will be slightly modified to make it suitable for the online environment. For a totally immersive experience, the in-person session has a capacity for the first 20 faculty who register.

About the in-person attendance option 
Join this session for a hands-on interactive and immersive experience designed to provide participants with practical skills, knowledge, and experiences. The Institute will focus on active participation, group discussions, and collaborative activities. This session will provide an opportunity for personalized attention.

About the online attendance option 
Join this session for online presentations designed for sharing knowledge, showcasing and demonstrating use cases, and providing resources for participants to develop skills to teach with the iPad. This session will provide an opportunity for asking your questions.


Who should attend?

All SMU faculty who have curiosity and want to learn about using the iPad for teaching and learning.
