Students can send us comments or suggestions regarding the nursing program. Comments can be anonymous, but if you would like a reply, your email or phone number must be provided. Submissions go to the Office of the Dean of the School of Nursing.

- Faculty and Staff Suggestions

Faculty and staff can provide ideas about how to prevent accidents, improve quality, reduce waste, improve morale, reduce cost, save time, improve service, increase productivity, or something else. Submissions go to the Office of the Dean of the School of Nursing.

This form can be used by anyone within SMU or from the community. Submissions go to the Office of the President of SMU.
