A custom browser that provides secure online testing by locking down the testing environment. While using Respondus LDB, students can't print, copy, go to another URL, or access other applications.

Technical Support
Options for students having technical difficulty during an exam:
- Students taking an exam using Respondus Monitor (not just RLDB) can chat with a live support agent by clicking the Help Center button at the top of their screen.
- Students or faculty using Respondus LockDown Browser or Respondus Monitor can open a Respondus support ticket.
